I am currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have two years of hands-on experience working in child care. During this time, I have supported the learning and development of children across all age groups, gaining a strong understanding of their individual needs and growth stages. In addition to my early childhood experience, I hold a nursing background with one year of experience working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) overseas. This has provided me with valuable skills in observing, responding to, and supporting the wellbeing of young children with care, empathy, and attention to detail. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child is unique and holds their own potential. As early childhood educators, we have the opportunity to help each child thrive by taking the time to truly understand and support their individual needs, interests, and ways of learning. With a blend of educational knowledge and health care experience, I am passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environments where all children can feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow.
