Hi, I’m Ella! I’m a qualified childcare educator with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and have recently become a mum myself. I have 5 years of experience working with childcare as an assistant, Room Leader and Educational Leader. I love creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where kids feel happy and supported. Becoming a mum has given me an even deeper understanding of how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your little ones while you are away. I enjoy play-based learning, creative activities, reading stories and helping children explore the world around them. I’m caring, reliable and passionate about making children feel comfortable and valued.
