I'm originally from Romania but with a very good understanding and speaking in English. We moved to Australia in September 2019, looking for the good education for my son and myself and for that special vibe of freedom and relaxation that Australia is famous for. Carmen-what a delight! Fantastic communication. Turned up to a very apprehensive 8yo,immediately got to his level and made him feel in control, safe and secure. Carmen has a lovely way about her and if I lived in Melbourne I’d be trying to book her for regular care.
I have never used a babysitting service and it took me a week of procrastination to post the job. I’m very very glad I did.
Carmen did an amazing job with my two kids and putting them to bed. Especially with my toddler, who got a bit upset at bedtime. She seemed cool calm and collected - would definitely recommend!
Carmen is very kind and gentle. She took such good care of our 9 month old, nothing was a problem. It was our first night out away from baby and we were able to relax knowing she was in great hands.

Carmen was incredible. Nothing was a drama for her. She was so great with both our 4month old and 6yr old. Would highly recommend.
Carmen was fantastic. My little boy was drawn to her immediately and the way she interacted with my son made me feel very comfortable. I have used a number of babysitters in the past and Carmen would be the first person to contact in the future.

I'm so pleased to say that Carmen was AMAZING! She was prompt in communication, child-centred from the very start of the booking, and I had such confidence that she understood our parenting style and values even after a very brief handover. I was so confident leaving my kids (aged 2 and 5) with her. I would very highly recommend her, and would be intentional about booking with her should we visit VIC again.
